Semiautomatic Flattening
and Stamping Machine

The machine is designed and built for single or double flattening and stamping of brass fittings of different sizes.
The flattening of the fittings is carried out by means of a drilling unit, while the stamping is done with a rebate marking machine.

The machine is equipped with a vacuum cleaner for removing machining chips.
If double marking is planned, a system consisting of an oscillating actuator and a slide with claws takes care of the rotation of the fitting.
Loading and unloading of parts is done manually by the operator.
