An integrated in-line automatic testing system designed to verify the leak tightness of assembled flexible hoses, ensuring 100% quality control of production.
The machine automatically picks up components at the end of the line, performs leak testing on 4 pieces simultaneously using high-precision Ateq instrumentation, and fully automatically manages the sorting of compliant and non-compliant products.
Thanks to the high level of automation and optimized cycle times, the system ensures maximum testing reliability, increased productivity, and reduced scrap.
